Considering the Skin Journey? Here are the most common questions answered.
You must first book a New Client Skin Consultation & Bespoke Facial ($175). During or following this appointment, Frances will design your personalised 12-month plan based on your skin analysis, goals, and lifestyle. The $175 consultation fee is paid separately and is not included in the plan price.
This is a 12-month non-cancellable commitment. By signing your client agreement, you accept the full 12-month term. In exceptional circumstances such as serious illness or medical emergency, a pause may be considered at Frances's sole discretion - this is not guaranteed.
A 48-hour cancellation and reschedule policy applies to all plan appointments. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, that treatment is forfeited - it will not be carried over or refunded. If Frances is unavailable, your appointment will always be rescheduled at no loss to you.
No. Your plan price is locked in at the rate agreed at signing. No price increases will apply for the full 12-month duration, regardless of general menu price changes.
Yes. Your skin is reassessed at month 6 and Frances can substitute treatments of equal or lesser value based on your progress and changing skin needs. Upgrades to higher-value treatments are available at an additional cost payable on the day.
For instalment clients, your first treatment is scheduled one calendar month after your first payment is received. Treatments continue monthly in arrears of payment throughout the plan.
Plan Conditions
Entry Requirement
Skin Consultation & Bespoke Facial ($175) must be completed before the plan commences. The consultation fee is non-refundable and is not included in the plan.
12-Month Commitment
This is a non-cancellable 12-month plan. A signed client agreement is required before your Paythen payment link is issued.
Cancellation Policy
48-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations result in forfeiture of that treatment - no carry-over or refund applies.
Payment Failure
Paythen retries failed payments automatically over 5 days. If all retries fail, the plan is terminated and all future appointments are cancelled.
Retail Discount
15% discount applies to Circadia retail purchased in-clinic only. Non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
Treatment Flexibility
Treatments of equal or lesser value may be substituted at the therapist's discretion. Upgrades to higher-value treatments available at additional cost.
