At Waterfall Beauty, we kindly ask that you respect our time and policies to ensure the best experience for all clients.
Booking + Cancellation
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment for all skin, brow and lash services. Your deposit is applied to your treatment on the day.
- Deposits must be paid at least 48 hours before your appointment or your booking will be automatically cancelled.
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will forfeit the deposit.
- No-show appointments will incur a 100% fee, charged to the card on file.
Late Arrivals
If you are 15 minutes late or more, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and will be treated as a late cancellation.
