Booking Policy
At Waterfall Beauty, we kindly ask that you respect our time and policies to ensure the best experience for all clients.
Booking + Cancellation
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold and secure your appointment. No charges will be made unless the policy below applies.
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-show appointments will incur a 100% fee, charged to the card on file.
Late Arrivals
If you are 15 minutes late or more, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and will be treated as a late cancellation.
