Recovery & Results
What to Expect
Mild redness, tightness and sensitivity after treatment is completely normal. Results build progressively over 4–6 weeks as collagen production increases. A course of 3–6 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart is recommended for best results.
Day 1–2
Redness, tightness and sensitivity. No makeup for 24 hours. Gentle cleansing and home care only.
Day 3–7
Light peeling or dryness may occur. Do not pick. Continue home care and SPF daily.
Week 2–4
Skin settles and initial improvements become visible. Texture, tone and clarity begin to improve.
Week 4–6
Results continue to build as collagen increases. Optimal results visible after a full course.

Does skin needling hurt?
Most clients experience a mild warm or prickly sensation during treatment. Sensitivity varies depending on the area treated and individual tolerance.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients see significant improvement after a course of 3–6 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart. Your therapist will discuss a personalised plan at your appointment.
Is there downtime?
Expect redness and sensitivity for 24–72 hours. Light peeling or dryness may occur in the following days. Most clients return to normal activities the next day with SPF applied.
When will I see results?
Initial improvements are often visible within 2–4 weeks. Results continue to build over 4–6 weeks as new collagen forms. After a full course, results can last 12+ months with proper maintenance.
Can I wear makeup after?
No makeup for at least 24 hours post-treatment to allow the skin to heal properly.
What do I need to do before my appointment?
Cease retinol, Vitamin A, AHAs and BHAs 7 days prior. Avoid sun exposure and fake tan 48 hours before. Arrive with clean skin and no makeup. No waxing, peels or laser within 2 weeks.
